“Recently booked after leaving another hotel chair for bad experience. Knights inn is a fair hotel. Rooms are old and could use to be remodeled but other than that great hotel. Clean QUIET and felt safe. Only complaint need a little thicker blanket in my room.”
“Very friendly and accommodating staff, who clearly take pride in taking care of the property. Very clean rooms, very clean grounds. Small but very well maintained little courtyard area which my toddler really enjoyed walking around in. Friendly regulars staying there as well who were very kind to my family. When I asked the manager about refunding my stay two nights, he was more than accommodating and agreed to refunding through my booking site no problems at all and no questions asked. This was a great relief to me since we were down visiting a sick relative and plans had changed quite quickly due to health issues. Great location for visiting the falls, right across the bridge from Buffalo and less than 5 mins from the border crossing. Overall I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. 10/10”
“Clean room, furniture is a bit outdated but nothing that would cause a bad review. Staff is awesome. Location is great. The only thing missing is breakfast! Price is good. Very quiet. Perfect first floor room as requested.”
